Flex Dance Program
While at the Wix Design Playground I, along with Effie and Frances, had the privilege of rebranding a local NYC nonprofit. The Flex Dance Program provides free mentorship and dance lessons for youth in and out of detention centers.
Our goal was to bring the art of Flex to the forefront of the public's eye. We were inspired by the fluidly the dancers move as well as the movement's Brooklyn roots.
We worked together seamlessly to research competitors and inspiration, as well as design the UX/UI and new branded assets. A key achievement was organizing Flex's three separate programs so they were individualized, but told one cohesive narrative.
Technically our roles were divided into Producer, Art Director, and Designer. But, we each took on the roles equally and collaborated at every point from sketching to coding and back.
