During my time at the Wix Playground, Ari and I created this microsite for Mira Jacob's novel, Good Talk. The goal was to drive sales for the graphic novel's soft cover release. I was inspired by Mira's illustrative style and wanted to play with the themes reflected in her book: conversation, honesty, joy, and political turmoil.
By breaking the boundaries of the page, we brought the graphic novel to life via pop-up. Text explodes out of the book to pique interest, highlight specific passages, and entice a new reader.
My main focus for this project was creating the visual elements. Together we deisgned the site's flow.
